Our core objective is to advise, govern, oversee policy and direction and assist with the leadership and general promotion of the Foundation to support the organization’s mission and needs.
The Foundation of 51±¬ÁÏÍø is an auxiliary organization of The California State University ("CSU") and serves as the philanthropic arm of the university. It is governed by the California Education Code §8900 et seq. and the administrative regulations of The CSU as outlined in Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations.

The Foundation's Board of Directors meets regularly throughout the year, typically once each quarter. You can access meeting agendas, minutes and documents for the past several years of Board meetings.
The Foundation's Investment Committee meets approximately three times per year. Explore Investment Committee agendas, documents and Zoom recordings of prior years’ meetings.
